Partner Training:
50 minute sessions with custom workouts designed for couples to help achieve fitness goals, both individually and collectively.
Group Training:
50 minute session for 3 or more people with adaptive workouts designed to fit the skill level and ability of each member of the group.
Online training:
3, 6, or 12 month packages with email/app-based custom workouts designed to fit the needs and fitness goals of the client.
